Returns and exchanges

Start a return by messaging us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm the next steps within one working day. The full conditions are on the Returns & Exchanges page.

When we reply

Sunday to Thursday, within one working day. Messages sent on Friday, Saturday or a public holiday are answered the next working day.

Where we are

Balea's Haus is based in Cairo and delivers across Egypt. We do not have a walk-in shop — everything is sold online and delivered by courier.
