The short version

We collect what we need to get your order to you and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered. We cannot deliver without these.
• Contact details — your email address or social handle, if you give it to us.
• Payment information — handled by our payment provider. Card numbers never reach us and we never store them.
• How you use the site — pages viewed, what you added to the cart, roughly where you are and what device you used.

Why we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To answer messages and resolve problems.
• To understand which products and pages people actually use, so the store gets better.
• To send offers and news — only if you asked us to, and you can stop at any time.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that help us run the store, and only the part they need:

• Shopify hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
• Our courier receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver and call ahead.
• Payment providers process card payments directly and securely.
• Analytics and advertising tools, including Meta, receive activity data so we can measure and improve our advertising.

We may also share information where the law requires it. We never sell your data.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete them in your browser, though parts of the store may stop working properly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and tax purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else is kept only while it is useful.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Message us and we will deal with it within a reasonable time. You can unsubscribe from any marketing message using the link inside it.

Keeping it safe

The store runs over an encrypted connection and access to order data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.
