You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and skincare can only be returned unopened, unused and with the original seal intact. This is standard across the beauty industry and protects every customer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. We cover the return shipping in these cases.

How to start a return

Message us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm next steps within one working day.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days by the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank or wallet transfer.
